OUTREACH

Teenagers’ Clubs

This is our main strategy. At present, we have about sixty-one (61) clubs in different parts of the world. We have assisted many churches to establish clubs for their teens and others within the neighborhood. These clubs, through their two (2) hour weekly meetings, strive to reach the teens around them. Using teens to reach their peers has proven very effective.

Vacation Camps

We hold summer camps for teenagers. God has given us great testimonies and many lives have been touched. Thousands of teens are reached every year through these camps. The number continues to grow yearly. Our first UK Camp is coming up Aug 18-23rd 2026 more details to be revealed.

TRAINING

TOM places a lot of emphasis on training. No one can do well what he or she has not been trained to do. As a result, we hold regular training for all our full-time and volunteer staff, youth workers, and parents. These include:

TOM National Teenagers’ Workers Convention

International and experienced teen workers and ministers are invited to further equip and challenge teenagers’ workers.

TOM Certificate Course in Teenagers’ Ministry

For intending club leaders, youth pastors, parents, etc. Over five thousand (5,000) people in and outside the UK, have attended this course so far, and testimonies abound!

Teen Handlers’ Seminar

A six-hour, one-day seminar to further strengthen and sharpen the skills of teenagers’ workers. Churches can request for this to be done for them.
• Certificate Course: This holds virtually in the UK between September and October each year

Seminar for Parents & Christian High School Teachers

We have been privileged to share this seminar in a number of churches across the country. Our book “Parents and Teenagers: Towards a Better Relationship,” our main text for these seminars, has been a blessing to many families. Teachers spend more time with students than any other person. This seminar equips Christian teachers to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of the students through their daily interactions with them.

DISCIPLESHIP

These are programmes aimed at getting our teens to become Christ centered and balanced adults. They include:

  • Bible teachings/discussions also occasional retreats through the clubs
  • Teenagers’ Bible Institute to be run from time to time.
  • Exposure to missions/social work projects
  • Social activities: Games/ Outreach Parties , picnics, Christmas dinners, etc.

Every program is designed to help teens:

  • Stand firm against societal pressures.
  • Build unshakeable self-worth in Christ.
  • Spark a lifelong passion for serving others.
